  3. Plan your nutrition in advance, seeking individual advice if necessary, and shop for the right foods. Be careful of high sugar and caffeine drinks.
  4. Plan your workout attire and space, whether you prefer working out at home or in a gym. Make sure the gym is easily accessible to avoid excuses.
  5. Prioritise good sleep by aiming for at least 8 hours and setting an alarm to wind down an hour before bedtime. Good sleep leads to better choices and more energy for workouts.
